However, as I got older, my body started to suffer, and I quit being a dancer after being diagnosed with a herniated disc in the neck and back”

Wedding and Giving birth
“However, as soon as I graduated, I met my husband and shortly thereafter moved to the United States and I started a life of a housewife.
I was 37 years old at the time and gave birth to my daughter at the age of 39. After the child birth, my body really started to break down and I was in really bad shape physically”

Herniated disc
“Any physical exercise caused tremendous pain around my neck and back, even going for a walk was difficult.
Without any meaningful exercise, I kept gaining weight, my back and shoulders continued to get worse and my body continued in a vicious decline.”

PILATES
“Then I heard about the benefits of Pilates. I was very curious since it was the only exercise I had not experienced but heard many great benefits. I thought of it as the last exercise in my life and started Pilates. Pilates has changed my life.
Also, while doing Pilates, I was able to learn and understand what caused the pain in my body. I learned that incorrect body movements interfered with the balance of the body, blocked the circulation and deformed the posture, resulting in disc.”
“This experience has made me want to share the gift of Pilates with others.
I hope to help each person better understand their body, feel stronger and more balanced, and discover a healthier way of moving that can stay with them for life.”
